The purpose of this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) is to obtain qualified vendors to enter into Master Agreements with the County (ISD) to provide Facility Ancillary Services needed by various County departments. Vendors may seek to qualify in one or more of the following facility ancillary service categories under the following groups: Abatement & Remediation, Consultants, General Services, Waste & Rubbish, As-Needed/Temporary Custodial Services, As-Needed Homeless Encampment Cleanup Services, and As-Needed OSHA/Training Services.
The scope includes providing Facility Ancillary Services across multiple categories: Abatement & Remediation (asbestos, lead, mold, smoke/water damage), Consultants (asbestos, occupational hygiene, water quality, lead, parking, mold, office ergonomic), General Services (duct cleaning, moving/relocation/storage, pest control, drought-related landscaping, storm water drain maintenance, pressure washing, environmental lab, special event, traffic control, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, fencing, electrical, painting, flooring, asphalt, board up), Waste & Rubbish (electronic waste, hazardous/non-hazardous waste, medical waste, rubbish removal, chemical portable toilets, water/wastewater treatment, Class A infectious substance, solid/organic waste, dead animal disposal), As-Needed/Temporary Custodial Services (enhanced cleaning, deep/biochemical cleaning), As-Needed Homeless Encampment Cleanup Services (hazardous disposal, medical waste disposal, rubbish removal), and As-Needed OSHA/Training Services (aerosol transmissible diseases, asbestos awareness, asbestos building inspector, asbestos contractor supervisor, asbestos management planner, asbestos O&M, bloodborne pathogens, HAZWOPER, hearing conservation, lead awareness, respirable crystalline silica awareness, respiratory protection and fit testing, workplace violence).
