The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and supervision to replace Air Handling and Humidity Control Units at 4301 Cherry Rd, West Palm Beach, FL. Work includes furnishing and installing a chilled water air handling unit per plans and specifications, new ductwork, air distribution devices, dampers, actuators, an electric duct heater, thermometers, pressure gauges, equipment identification tags, a variable frequency drive with bypass, and controls (Automated Logic by Wisch and Jackson). The contractor must also provide piping, electrical and control wiring, a drywell for condensate discharge, isolation valves, and all necessary insulation. The system must be tested, balanced, and started with the County Project Manager present, and as-built documents, warranties, and a certificate of completion must be provided. Work hours are restricted to weekends 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or weekdays 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
