Furnish all material, labor, supervision, permits and supplies to remove eight existing Trane Air Handling Units and replace with County-approved equal units per Exhibits 2A and 2B, sequenced one-by-one, upgrade pneumatic accessories and controls to digital controls tied into a new Trane Tracer SC+ system, provide new chilled water valves, dampers and actuators, replace fresh air ductwork and supply plenums, provide thermometers, gauges, VFD, identification, drain, sealing, third-party test and balance, startup, as-builts, warranties and 6-months supply of MERV 13 filters.
