Invitation for Quote/Bid. Remove and dispose of existing VCT, vinyl sheet flooring, and cove base in areas identified on Exhibit 3. Prepare substrate per manufacturer requirements, including removal of adhesives, patching, leveling, and moisture/pH testing. Install new Forbo Marmoleum Composite Tile (MCT) in green-highlighted areas in a checkerboard pattern using colors 'Refreshing Green' and 'Forest Ground'. Install new VCT and cove base in classrooms and the south end of the building as identified, with Armstrong Desert Beige 51809 as basis of bid. Add Room 105, Bathroom 145, and Bathroom 159 to scope; remove Classroom 157. Repair defects in flooring adjacent to the highlighted window in Corridor 126. Work to be completed on weekends and after 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
