Janet Goeske Senior Center Floor Covering Replacement (CDBG)

The City of Riverside seeks proposals from qualified contractors to provide floor covering replacement at the Janet Goeske Senior Center. The Work to be done, in general, consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, unless otherwise specified, to construct the Work and complete the Contract in compliance with the Plans and Specifications and to the satisfaction of the Director.

Details
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will take place in person at the Janet Geoske Senior Center. The meeting will begin promptly at the time listed. No admittance will be allowed once the meeting has begun and both prospective Proposers and Subcontractors shall be in attendance. Bids from prospective Proposers not in attendance at this mandatory meeting will not be considered.

Notes
Any communications, whether written or verbal, with any City Council member or City staff other than the individual indicated above, prior to award of a contract by City Council, is strictly prohibited and the Contractor shall be disqualified from consideration.
