Qualification Application. All conditions and requirements for submission, consideration, and award including SBE requirements and bonding requirements are contained in the Contract Documents. The qualification is for an Annual Contract to provide flooring repairs and/or replacements, which may include carpet, carpet tile, sheet goods, base goods, and installation accessories. Work will be performed at various locations throughout Palm Beach County on an as-needed basis via individual Work Orders. The contract may be awarded for up to five (5) years with an initial not-to-exceed cumulative amount of $5,000,000. Individual Work Orders are anticipated to be generally less than $100,000 each but may be larger.
