The contractor must furnish and deliver dresser type dry barrel fire hydrants (D-2-LP) in various bury depths (5 ft, 4.5 ft, 4 ft, 3.5 ft, 3 ft, modified 5 ft) and top sections, conforming to NYC DEP Section 2.08, Spec. #2.08-2014, and Fire Hydrant Drawing Book #2. Delivery shall be made within 50 calendar days upon receipt of purchase order to designated locations including the NYC DEP BWSO-Storehouse in Brooklyn and the NYC DEP BWSO-Pipe Yard in Flushing. The contract includes price escalation provisions based on the Producer Price Index.
