The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, parts, materials and equipment for Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, and Repair of Fire Alarm System and Fire Suppression System at Croton Filtration Plant in the Bronx, New York. Work includes preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, field repair, shop repair, manufacturer services, and emergency response. The Contractor must comply with all applicable codes and standards, including NFPA, NYC Electrical Code, and OSHA regulations. The Contractor shall also provide a Health and Safety Plan, obtain necessary permits, and ensure all personnel have required FDNY Certificates of Fitness.
