PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This Project consists of - Replace attic AC units; - Reconfigure existing attic opening and ladder; - Replace existing subfloor at middle area of attic; - Replace existing batt insulation at attic roof rafters; - Provide wall insulation at first floor northwest office. Patch all finishes. - Provide new VRF split-air cooled cassettes in cellar with associated new gyp board soffits, drains, piping and electric. - Replace existing HVAC units at south driveway with new; - Replace existing concrete slab and fence with new at south driveway.
