The removal and replacement of HVAC-related equipment at the Reno Corporate Yard (located at 1600 East Commercial Row). The work generally includes the removal of the existing HVAC equipment and replacement with new air handlers, hot water system, VAV system, rooftop unit replacements, associated electrical, piping, and ducting work, and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans
and specifications.
A mandatory pre-walk through will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Bidders are required to meet at the Corporate Yard Main Office at 1600 Commercial Row. The Bidders attention is directed to Nevada Revised Statutes 338.01165 setting forth the requirements for the use of apprentices on public works which requires a contractor or subcontractor to comply with
certain requirements relating to the use of apprentices on public works.
