The selected consultant will evaluate CTSI's existing compensation system, classification structure, salary ranges and market competitiveness, propose salary ranges with market targets and justification, lead market compensation analysis with HR using comparable organizations and Indian Health Services data for healthcare roles, address internal equity, pay compression, retention and hard-to-fill positions, and provide a manual and procedures for HR to independently administer future updates, plus a compensation study, implementation plan with fiscal impact, and employee communication plan using existing job descriptions without revising them.
