The work includes interior demolition, new partitions, doors, and finishes to create eleven dental operatories, a sterilization area, reception and waiting areas, office and staff areas, and accessible restrooms; plumbing rough-in and connections for vacuum, compressed air, and water and waste lines; electrical and low-voltage systems; HVAC work; casework and millwork; replacement of flooring; thickening of exterior walls and installation of siding; roof flashing and exterior weatherproofing; interior painting and exterior painting (Additive Alternate No. 1); resurfacing of the parking lot (Additive Alternate No. 2); and installation or reconstruction of ADA-compliant sidewalks. Dental equipment is furnished separately by SCHD and is not part of the work.
