The College seeks a commission-generating concession agreement with a vendor that will furnish, install, stock, and maintain snack and beverage vending machines at College locations at no cost to the College.

The Contractor will supply nationally branded snacks and beverages through vending machines at eleven (11) main campus buildings, three (3) off-site housing facilities, and the Riddle Truck Yard. The Contractor must provide complete product selection, consistent availability, reasonable prices, and reliable equipment, while providing financial benefit to the College. The Contractor will be the College's exclusive provider of vending machine services at the covered locations during the Contract term. The scope includes stocking and deliveries (at least weekly), service and maintenance (on-call 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with a 24-hour response time), customer refunds, and compliance with a 30% healthy options standard. The Contractor is responsible for all equipment, installation, transition, and removal at its own expense.
