The bidder must supply 85,000 pounds of Rice White Parboiled, which must be parboiled, 100% rice, Number 3 Grade or better, long or medium grain, and unflavored. Delivery is FOB destination to the ODOC Central Distribution Center at 3601 State Street, Salem, OR 97301. The estimated quantity requires two full truckloads (FTL), each estimated at 42,500 pounds, with the first FTL delivered within 45 days after receipt of order and the remaining FTLs delivered 45 days apart thereafter. The bidder must provide per unit pricing, product identification, and comply with all packaging, labeling, and food safety requirements as specified in the ITB.
