Construction of a new drinking water treatment plant including raw water conveyance, pressure reduction, chemical pretreatment equipment, filtration, filtered water storage and pumping,
chemical storage and metering, water and sewer lines, and all other work described in the contract documents for a complete and functioning system.
Pre-Bid Conference: Mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Community Development building located at 51 Winburn Way, Ashland, OR 97520.
Construction of a new drinking water treatment plant including raw water conveyance, pressure reduction, chemical pretreatment equipment, filtration, filtered water storage and pumping, chemical storage and metering, water and sewer lines, bypass and minor demolition at the existing water treatment plant, connections to existing facilities, installation of a solar array and battery energy storage system, site preparation and facility commissioning and all other work as necessary for a complete and functioning system as further described in the Contract Documents.
