ODOT is establishing a new price agreement series with this solicitation. New or existing suppliers must submit an application. Information sessions have been scheduled over the next couple of weeks via Teams for suppliers that have questions. These are completely voluntary.
ODOT Maintenance forces purchase asphalt products (ACP, Asphalt Binder, Emulsified Asphalt Tack Coat) on an as-needed basis for projects performed by ODOT's Maintenance crews. Generally, purchases are made by ODOT picking up the asphalt products from a supplier's plant; occasionally, ODOT may ask that a supplier deliver the products.
