The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, vehicles, transportation, materials, permits, disposal, and all other incidental items and services necessary to complete the assigned work. Unless otherwise expressly authorized by Valley Water, all costs required to perform the work shall be included in the Contractor's bid rates. No additional charges for travel, mobilization, fuel, administrative costs, or other incidental expenses shall be permitted.
Fence-related systems are limited to physical fence and gate components, including posts, rails, fabric, hinges, latches, rollers, tracks, wheels, chains, locks, panic hardware, manual operators, and physical gate alignment. Electrical work, powered gate operators, access control, cameras, sensors, card readers, keypads, conduit, wiring, programming, and software are excluded unless specifically authorized and performed by properly licensed Contractor personnel or approved subcontractor.
Services may include emergency response, routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, temporary stabilization, vandalism repair, replacement of damaged fencing components, gate repairs, security fencing work, and small or large repair projects as directed by Valley Water staff.

All bidders must complete and submit a verified electronic Bidder’s Bond (e-Bond) through either Surety2000 at http://www.surety2000.com or Tinubu at https://www.tinubu.com/ebonding in PlanetBids before the latest date/time for submitting Bid Proposals. Upload the e-Bond (in PDF), with the Bond Verification Number written on it, in the required attachment field called “Bid Bond".
