OYA is seeking Quotes to install four (4) HVAC units at MYCF located at 2630 North Pacific Highway, Woodburn, Oregon 97071. The work includes replacing existing units at MYCF Geer with two (2) new 12.5-ton Trane Precedent Package Rooftop Units with Economizers WSK150A3SON** or equivalent, with transition ducting as required, utilizing existing concrete pads and controls, condensate piping and disposal of old units. At MYCF Timberline, replace existing units with two (2) new 7.5-ton Trane Precedent Package Rooftop Units with Economizers WSK090A3SON** or equivalent, with transition ducting as required, utilizing existing concrete pads and controls, condensate piping and disposal of old units. Exclusions include high voltage electrical connections, concrete equipment pads, and natural gas piping.
