The work includes roadway construction items such as clearing and grubbing, unclassified excavation, unclassified borrow, salvaged topsoil, temporary silt fence, temporary silt dike, temporary fiber log, solid slab sodding, vegetative mulching, aggregate base type A, stabilized subgrade, traffic bound surface course type E, tack coat, prime coat, Superpave type S3 and S4 asphalt, cold milling pavement, structural excavation, CLSM backfill, class AA, A, and C concrete, reinforcing steel, riprap, concrete and asphalt driveways, inlets, various sizes of reinforced concrete pipe and corrugated galvanized steel pipe arch, PVC drainage structure, corrugated polypropylene pipe, prefabricated culvert end sections, culvert end treatments, removal of structures and obstructions, removal of concrete and asphalt driveways, removal of railroad, sawing pavement, beam guardrail, fencing, and mailbox removal and reset. Bridge 'A' (NBI No. 13941) work includes unclassified excavation, structural excavation, class AA concrete, reinforcing steel, riprap, revetment mattress, and removal of bridge items. Traffic control items include railroad flagging, sheet aluminum signs, delineators, traffic stripe, construction signs, barricades, warning lights, drums, portable changeable message signs, construction staking level II, SWPPP documentation and management, and mobilization.
