This Solicitation is issued by the New York State (“NYS”) Office of General Services (“OGS”), Procurement Services for Solar Arrays and Subscriptions as specified herein for all Authorized Users eligible to make purchases under the Back-Drop Contract(s) (“Contract(s)”) resulting from this Solicitation. This Solicitation outlines the terms and conditions, and all applicable information required for submitting a Bid.
