The Hudson Valley Regional Council (HVRC) seeks a RESPONDENT to assist HVRC with its fiveyear U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) funded MID-HUDSON LANDFILL GAS (LFG) BIOFILTERS PROJECT (PROJECT). HVRC is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a RESPONDENT to provide engineering design, implementation, construction, performance testing and optimization, and related technical services for landfill biofilters as described in more detail below. The selected RESPONDENT will be retained through October 2029, unless extended by written amendment.
The successful RESPONDENT will assume sole responsibility for completion of tasks required in this RFP. HVRC will consider only one firm/company as the sole contact point regarding contract matters, whether subconsultants are used for one or more parts of this Project. RESPONDENTS who intend to subcontract one or more elements of this Project to other firms/companies shall identify those work elements to be subcontracted and the firm/individual subconsultants. All subconsultants shall be included in the RESPONDENT’s statement of qualifications. HVRC retains the right to refuse proposed subconsultants.
