2026-2027 Request for Qualifications for Professional Services Term Consultants

The NYS Olympic Regional Development Authority (Olympic Authority), Office of Environmental, Planning and Construction (OEPC), per this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), is soliciting submission for qualifications for interested consultants for Professional Services via the NYS Contract Reporter (NYSCR) in compliance with Article 4-C of the Economic Development Law.

*Registered Licensed Professionals Architectural, Engineering, Geological, Landscape Architecture and Surveying services are procured in compliance with State Finance Law Section 136-A. *

Submissions received will be reviewed and considered for the issuance of a Professional Services Term Contract with the Olympic Authority. Professional Services being solicited via this RFQ included but not limited to registered licensed professional architects, engineers, geologist and surveyors by the NYS Department of Education, certified registered building code officers by the NYS Department of State, licensed registered attorneys by the NYS Office or Court Administration, and non-registered professionals such as construction management professionals, material testing professionals, construction cost estimating professionals, economic and amusement system professionals, exhibit / retail / production services professionals, aerial / grade / below grade location and investigation service professionals, and other construction planning, development and administrative support industry professionals.
