The work includes removal and replacement of unsuitable subgrade materials; removal and reconstruction of concrete improvements, including curbs, gutters, and flatwork; removal and replacement of pavement sections impacted by settlement; installation and/or modification of drainage infrastructure to improve site drainage performance; regrading of the site as necessary to establish positive drainage; and replacement of turf, landscaping, and irrigation systems as specified by the construction documents. All work shall be completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications to restore site stability, improve drainage, and ensure the long-term safety and usability of the Gallup State Veterans Cemetery.
