The work consists of furnishing all material, labor, supervision, permits and supplies necessary to build a new Community Park including playground, adult fitness zone, basketball courts, walking paths, and other amenities per the project requirements provided by Capital Improvements Division. The contractor must substantially complete the work within 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all measurements during site inspection, providing as-built drawings in PDF and CADD formats, manufacturer's play equipment certificate of installation, field QA reports, and maintenance manuals. All material must meet or exceed Florida Building Code.
