This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561730 The small business size standard is $9.5 M. This acquisition is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies for weekly landscaping and groundskeeping of a ~75,000 sq. ft. desert landscape at the Arid Land Agricultural Research Center. Services include debris removal, weed control (including twice-yearly pre-emergent spraying), irrigation programming and maintenance, trimming of six large Fan palm trees twice a year, and general hardscape care. The contractor must use a minimum 2-person crew for 8 man-hours per week, comply with ANSI A300 and other industry standards, and report to the Facility Operations Specialist.
