The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for NHARNG SMR - Building 1 Alterations only to the Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services with services or products indicated in the SCOPE OF SERVICES and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract. INSTRUCTIONS TO VENDOR: Read the entire bid invitation prior to filling it out. Complete the pricing information in the “Offer” section (detailed information on how to fill out the pricing information can be found in the “Offer” section); complete the “Vendor Contact Information” section; and finally, fill out and sign page one of the bid invitation.
BID SUBMITTAL: All bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form attached herein (page 12), shall be typed or clearly printed in ink, and shall be received on or before the date and time specified on page 1 of this bid under “Bid Closing”. Interested parties may submit a bid to the Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services by email to Matthew.R.Glover@DMAVS.nh.gov. All bids shall be clearly marked with bid number, date due, and Agency contact’s name.
The project consists of modifying and upgrading the HVAC system and associated controls at the NHARNG State Military Reservation, Building 1. The work includes demolition of existing systems, and new mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and some architectural finishes. Alternates include replacing ERV-1, ERV-2, and ERV-3 with their controls, and replacing controls for existing terminal devices (CUHs, UHs, FTRs, HP-1 through HP-4, heat exchangers, and pumps) not included in the primary scope. The contractor will provide all labor, parts, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, vehicles, Personal Protective Equipment, and other incidentals necessary to perform the contract services. Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM unless otherwise arranged. The contract term is through May 31, 2027.
