1.1. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order, for supplying the State of New Hampshire with the item(s) indicated in the “Offer” section of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting order. This shall be a one-time order with delivery required to the location indicated in the F.O.B. section of this bid invitation.
The bidder shall manufacture and deliver custom signs to NHDOT district warehouses and bureaus. Signs include street signs (9" tall, variable length, white on green or blue background, Type IV sheeting, 0.080" aluminum), directional signs (with arrows), E911 addressing signs (various sizes up to 12"x36", black on yellow, Type IV sheeting, 0.080" aluminum), and vertical E911 numbered address signs (6" wide, white on red, Type IV sheeting, 0.080" aluminum). All signs must be MUTCD compliant. The vendor must provide mockups of each sign type to NHDOT for approval prior to manufacturing, and provide product cut sheets for materials. Signs must be wrapped and packaged to prevent damage during shipping; damaged signs will be replaced at no cost to the State within two weeks of notification. Delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of purchase order to the locations listed in the F.O.B. section.
