1.1. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for firm supply and delivery of electricity for certain electrical accounts for the State of New Hampshire (State), from a Competitive Electric Power Supplier (CEPS), certified as such with the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (NH-PUC), with product list and requirements indicated in the SCOPE OF WORK and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract.
The successful vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary to perform firm electricity supply services. The vendor must provide firm power to the listed accounts, manage load under ISO-NE rules, and comply with all technical requirements including electronic data interchange with each Local Distribution Company. The contract includes provisions for adding or deleting facilities, annual usage adjustments, and quarterly and annual usage reporting.
