The project is a newly constructed ground-up two-story building of approximately 135,534 sq ft on the same site as the existing Williams Middle School, built within the existing open field space, with abatement and demolition of a single-story building after the new building is built and occupied, plus sitework including new stormwater drainage, utilities, parking lots, vehicular paths, landscaping, athletic fields and offsite improvements, phased while the existing facility remains in operation, covering filed sub-bid trades for masonry, miscellaneous iron, waterproofing, roofing, glass and glazing, tile, acoustical tile, resilient floors, terrazzo, painting, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
