1.1. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for firm supply and delivery of electricity for certain electrical accounts for the State of New Hampshire (State), from a Competitive Electric Power Supplier (CEPS), certified as such with the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (NH-PUC), with product list and requirements indicated in the SCOPE OF WORK and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract.
The vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary to perform services as described. The vendor shall supply firm electricity to the State's accounts, with pricing submitted on an offer sheet. The contract includes provisions for adding or deleting facilities, changes in tariff or law, and requires quarterly and annual usage reporting. The vendor must assign a dedicated account representative and a backup. Deliveries of any ordered items must be accomplished within 72 hours from placement of order.
