The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified
suppliers for the Purchase of Ballistic Shields for the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office.
Bids should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed container marked on the outside with the
BL# and Company Name. Bids will be received until 2:50 P.M. local time on October 8, 2026 at the
Gwinnett County Financial Services - Purchasing Division – 2nd Floor, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville,
Georgia 30046. Any bid received after this date and time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened
and read at 3:00 P.M. The bid opening will be virtual ONLY. Please use the link found here to join, or by
dialing 1-323-676-6170. Access Code is: 881 846 907#. Apparent bid results will be available the following
business day on the website www.GwinnettCounty.com.

are legal and binding upon the vendor when submitted.

Award will be made to the supplier submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
The Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office is requesting bids for ballistic shields for a one-time purchase. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination, freight pre-paid and allowed to the Sheriff's Office at 2900 University Parkway, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. The bid schedule includes specific models: Point Blank Vanguard XL (2 units), Point Blank Vanguard VL (5 units), and Point Blank Vanguard VR (2 units), or approved equivalents.
