The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for Pavement Crack Sealing, Seal Coating and Pavement Marking services to the State of New Hampshire with services indicated in the SCOPE OF SERVICES and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract.
The Vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform pavement Crack Sealing, Seal Coating, and Pavement Marking. The scope of work encompasses all State-owned pavement surfaces located within the boundaries of the Site Locations, including parking lots, interior campus roadways, private roads and drives, service roads and access drives, walkways, sidewalks, loading areas, and any other paved surfaces owned or maintained by the State within the property boundaries. Crack sealing includes cleaning and drying cracks, applying hot-pour rubberized asphalt crack sealant conforming to ASTM D6690 Type II, and sealing all cracks 1/8” and wider. Seal coating includes surface preparation, application of a minimum two-coat system using coal tar or asphalt emulsion sealers with additives and sand. Striping and pavement marking includes re-striping existing and applying new markings using 100% acrylic waterborne or thermoplastic paint with reflective glass beads, including parking lines, ADA stalls, directional arrows, crosswalks, stop bars, etc.
