The New England Heat Pump Accelerator™ (Accelerator) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking a qualified entity to design, implement and administer EnergyWise New Hampshire, a New Hampshire residential heat pump financing pilot program. This RFP is being administered by the Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC) through the Accelerator in coordination with the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES).
The selected entity will design, implement and administer EnergyWise New Hampshire, a residential heat pump financing pilot developed by VEIC in coordination with NHDES to address affordability barriers for New Hampshire consumers pursuing energy cost savings through residential electrification projects. The pilot is part of the New England Heat Pump Accelerator, which also operates a mid-stream incentive program reimbursing distributors for a portion of heat pump sales to contractors.

Most New Hampshire work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what a GC or agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
