Roadmaps will address municipal buildings, applicable school facilities, and vehicle fleets, identify decarbonization measures and triggering events, establish implementation schedules and interim emissions reduction targets, and identify responsibilities for implementation, monitoring, and oversight. Assistance includes either a Desktop Analysis and Roadmap Development (Task 1) or a Facility Condition Assessment and Roadmap Development (Task 2). Deliverables may include a municipal greenhouse gas emissions baseline, facility-level decarbonization analysis, municipal and applicable school fleet analysis, draft and final Municipal Decarbonization Roadmap, and an implementation, monitoring, and oversight plan.
