The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for
milling, resurfacing, & pavement marking type work in Iredell County. The Contractor
is to furnish labor, material, equipment and traffic control:
CONTRACT TIME:
The availability date for this contract will be November 16, 2026.
The completion date for this contract will be November 15, 2027.

BID OPENING:
Sealed bids must be received in the Division Engineer’s Office, located at 1710 E. Marion
Street, Shelby, N.C. 28152, by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Bids must be
submitted electronically through the approved electronic bidding provider as detailed in
the Instructions to Bidders. Paper bids will not be accepted for this project.
The contractor is to furnish labor, material, equipment and traffic control for milling, resurfacing, and pavement marking work on SR 1143, SR 1886, and SR 1891 in Iredell County, NC.
