TO SUBMIT A BID ON ANY NON-FEDERAL AID PROJECT WHERE THE BID IS $40,000.00 OR
MORE, EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN SPECIALTY WORK AS DETERMINED BY THE LICENSING
BOARD.
Provide latex-modified microsurfacing including double course Type III/Type II and single course Type III over 12.891 miles on 21 secondary routes, with tack coat, surface preparation including removal of pavement markings, raised markers and snowplowable delineation, rut filling, curing, test strip, traffic control, work zone signing, and long-life pavement markings and permanent markers.
