POLITICAL AFFILIATION/INFLUENCE, OR NATIONAL ORIGIN.

CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: A GENERAL CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED IN ORDER
TO SUBMIT A BID ON ANY NON-FEDERAL AID PROJECT WHERE THE BID IS $40,000.00 OR
MORE, EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN SPECIALTY WORK AS DETERMINED BY THE LICENSING
BOARD. ON FEDERAL PROJECTS, THE APPROPRIATE CONTRACTORS LICENSE SHALL BE
OBTAINED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF BID OPENING.
The work includes installing, maintaining, and removing traffic control devices for lane closures, with restrictions on lane closures during peak hours and holidays. The project also includes work at specific signalized intersections (TAP 121 Site 1, TAP 121 Site 3, TAP 123) and requires completion of all work at each curb ramp location on a continuous pedestrian facility within seven consecutive calendar days. Major contract items include APS Detector Station, Type II Pedestal with Foundation, and Generic Signal Item Microwave Vehicle Detection System. Specialty items include Long-Life Pavement Markings, Erosion Control, and Signals/ITS System.
