Minimum Qualifications
Respondent must meet the following minimum qualifications. Respondent's SOQ will be deemed non-responsive to the extent that it does not meet the minimum qualifications.
Respondents' firm and its principals/key personnel, including sub-consultants, shall have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience providing state regulatory, legislative, intergovernmental, governmental affairs, and/or public policy advocacy services.
Respondent must have an existing office in Sacramento, California.
Respondents' principals/key personnel shall have a minimum of ten (10) consecutive years of experience engaging with the California Legislature, legislative leadership, the Governor’s Office, and California state agencies on matters related to public policy, legislation, regulation, funding, or governmental affairs and provide representation in Sacramento, as needed.
