Montana State University Procurement & Contract Services is considering a request to award a Sole Source
product order and services contract.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS
Potential vendors who believe they can provide an equivalent product or service meeting all the requirements
listed herein and are interested in providing it to Montana State University are invited to provide a detailed
description of their product or service.
Vendors shall use the Q&A Board in eMACS to present any questions, comments, or requests for
clarification or interpretation of any information within this notice by the Question Submission Close Date
deadline stated.
