The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), acting through MTA Construction & Development (MTA C&D), is seeking a Project Management Consultant to provide comprehensive project support. Under this contract, the Consultant will deliver pre‑construction, construction, and project closeout services for the component replacement of thirty-three (33) fan plants across the New York City Transit Authority (“NYCT”) system and the installation of fiber optic cable on seven (7) subway lines to complete network connectivity for the fan plants under this Contract.
