Roof Replacement at Bathgate Facility in the Borough of the Bronx

1. Remove, salvage, and dispose of existing roofing assembly, structural members, and structural and metal decks, and furnish, install, integrate, and test new roofing assembly, structural members, and structural and metal decks; 2. Decommission, remove, salvage, and dispose of existing mechanical units, including HVAC, fire systems, and heat pumps and associated piping, vent, and ductwork, and furnish, install, integrate, test, and commission new mechanical units, including HVAC, fire systems, and heat pumps and associated piping, vent, and ductwork; 3. Decommission, remove, salvage, and dispose of existing electrical systems, including lighting, fixtures, conduit, and wiring for roof-located equipment, and furnish, install, integrate, test, and commission new electrical systems, including lighting, fixtures, conduit, and wiring for roof-located equipment; 4. Perform various architectural and structural work, including new railing, access hatch, and perimeter step flashing; and 5. Perform environmental work including Asbestos abatement. This is an A + B Contract
