Respondents that are selected in the first step of the solicitation, the Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) process, will be eligible to participate in the upcoming second step, the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) process. It is anticipated that the Contract will not be Federally funded.
Estimated value: $100M+. Contract term: 1735 Calendar Days. Funding: 100% Capital. M/WBE goals: MBE: 15% WBE: 15% SDVOB: 6%.
