The vendor must deliver a turnkey program including: up to ten individual teletherapy sessions per participant delivered by Mississippi-licensed therapists, with participant choice of therapist and modality (secure video, telephone, live chat, asynchronous messaging); a dedicated 24/7/365 crisis line answered by a licensed clinician with connection within 60 seconds and structured follow-up; on-demand wellness and resilience programming; a user-friendly platform meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA and Section 508 standards; a co-branded program website and sustained outreach campaign; a permission-based administrative dashboard for DMH; standardized clinical outcome measurement; monthly and quarterly reporting; and a continuity-of-care protocol. Go-live must occur no later than 60 calendar days after contract execution.
