Plug where applicable, remediate and reclaim nine orphaned wells in Jasper and Jones Counties, including site access, site reclamation, NORM surveys, setting top, USDW and bottom cement plugs or CIBPs, tagging plugs, cutting casing three feet below ground with welded steel plates, removing and disposing of liquids from vessels and equipment, removing equipment and concrete bases, leveling and smoothing locations, furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision for turnkey completion, coordinating with other MSOGB contractors, providing weekly progress reports, reporting hazards within 24 hours, and complying with MSOGB Statewide Rules, the IIJA Orphan Well Program, Davis Bacon Act and Build America, Buy America requirements.
