The vendor must deliver teletherapy services (up to 10 individual sessions per participant, with additional sessions as clinically indicated, delivered by Mississippi-licensed therapists), a 24/7 direct crisis support line answered by a licensed clinician within 60 seconds, on-demand wellness and resilience programming, a user-friendly platform (responsive web and mobile, WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliant), privacy and security compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, HITRUST), data reporting and care coordination (real-time dashboard, monthly/quarterly reports, continuity-of-care protocols), and a co-branded outreach and marketing campaign including a dedicated program website. Go-live must occur no later than 60 calendar days after contract execution.
