The bidder must furnish thermoplastic materials including white and yellow thermoplastic in granular form (50lb bag) and block form (50lb), 40-mil hot sprayed paint pavement markings for maintenance use (white and yellow, hydrocarbon and alkyd), and primers (hydrocarbon and alkyd) for all line items. All materials must conform to the Mississippi Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction of 2017, be on MDOT's Approved Products List, and be subject to testing by MDOT Materials Division. Delivery is FOB to all Mississippi Department of Transportation locations on an as-needed basis. The contract period is Commission Approval through October 31, 2027, with potential for two twelve-month extensions not exceeding 36 months total.
