The contract period will be from Notice of Contract Award through three (3) years, with two (2) optional one-year renewal periods. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS MOVERS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX.
If you intend to submit a hard copy bid, you must notify the buyer of record, Ashten Nichols, five (5) days before the solicitation closing date. MoDOT will not accept any bid responses by email.
