NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS
The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for the following project in Division

MA00038 – Dolphin and Fender Maintenance at NCDOT Ferry Division Facilities in Beaufort,
Brunswick, Carteret, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Hyde, New Hanover, and Pamlico Counties, Upon

• Bid Submission: Wednesday, December 2, 2026, by 2:00 PM
• Date of Availability: The date the purchase order is issued.
• Completion Date: January 31, 2028

The contractor provides dolphin and fender maintenance at NCDOT Ferry Division facilities on various routes upon request through Engineer-issued work order assignments, mobilizing to assigned terminal zones, furnishing labor, materials, machinery and tools, complying with timber, lumber and pressure-treated wood requirements, traffic restrictions, TWIC, erosion control and 2024 Standard Specifications, completing each work order by its assigned date for overall completion by January 31, 2028.
