Multiple trade contracts for plumbing
The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, supervision, and management for Multiple Trades Services. Work includes electrical maintenance (lamp and ballast replacement, circuit installation 110V to 480V, troubleshooting); flooring services (carpet, VCT, epoxy, and tile removal and replacement); gates, doors, and fencing repair and installation; HVAC repairs, maintenance, and replacement; landscaping maintenance including mowing, pruning, debris removal, and sprinkler system installation and repair; paving operations and resurfacing; and painting. All work shall be performed in accordance with Exhibit A (Scope of Services) and Exhibit B (Technical Specifications). The contractor will respond to work requests through individual Work Authorizations issued by METRO's Contracting Officer, with normal project identification to performance start-up expected within four weeks.
