2.21 mi of concrete roadway reconstruction, water main, drainage work, guardrail, traffic signals, signing and bridge reconstruction and rehabilitation on several structures and pavement markings on US-127 from Red Cedar to south of Lake Lansing Road in the cities of Lansing and East Lansing, Ingham County. This project contains two 5 year materials and workmanship pavement warranties, a 2 year concrete surface coating warranty, a 2 year bridge coating warranty, and a 5 year epoxy performance warranty.
In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of B and Ea. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
